Lake Johanna Fire Department operates three strategically positioned fire stations across our service area, ensuring optimal response times and coverage for all residents, businesses, and visitors of Arden Hills, North Oaks, and Shoreview.

Station 110

Construction of Station 110 began in 2025, and is scheduled to finish mid-2026. Upon opening, Station 110 will house the administrative offices, training center and on-duty crews 24 hours a day. This station will house an Engine, Ladder, Utility Vehicles, a Rescue Boat and UTV for brush fire response. With a state of the art training tower, Class-B live fire training props, a spacious training mezzanine, and large training classroom, the new station will increase the departments ability to provide it's members with training and allow interagency training with our regional partners.

Originally built in 1955, this station underwent additional renovation in 1996 and again in 2012 to accommodate our change over to 24 hour staffing. This station houses an Engine, Rescue and Utility.

Originally built in 1986, this station was remodeled in 2005. Currently housing the administration, this station will undergo additional renovation upon the completion of the Station 110 construction. The new renovation will support better use of the space for on-duty shift crews staffing the station 24 hours a day. This station houses an Engine, Tanker and Rescue.

Orignally opened in 1988 and undergoing remodels in 2005 and 2012, Station 140 houses an Engine, Ladder, Utility and Boat. This station will be replaced with Station 110 at the completion of the construction of the new station.
